Free Software

Some people laugh about how good I am at finding free software. Its out there. You don't need to buy much to do most things, if you know what I mean. I'm not talking about warez or pirated software, or illegal downloads. Try some of these for great free software!

You can install these programs on your usb drive and carry them with you. Word processors compatible with Word, browsers, more. They also install on your computer. 		587

Really nice program for burning CDs and DVDs. CD DAO, SAO, or TAO, save layouts, print simple labels, verify, etc. Rips too. 		551

Is kind of a small scale photo shop. Opens, edits and saves images in many formats. Particularly good for web images. Many filter effects, masking, colour control. I like it.

This one has tons of free programs, but some are still in development. Its the kind of site where you have to dig a bit, but there are some great free Open Source programs available. A little techie, maybe. 		558

Great freeware site - meaning its free software of all sorts. Its called nonags because they check for spyware, adware etc. Its not shareware, its freeware. Many programs available. 		571
